2 room apartment in Ringkøbing

The department consists of 47 smoke-free low-energy homes. The homes are located close to nature in the Nature District in Ringkøbing. Fjordudsigten is the first phase of 80 homes. Our new building at Fjordudsigten unfortunately does not live up to the promised standard with regard to sound insulation between homes. Impact noise from the apartment above is not sufficiently damped. Together with consultants and the contractor, we are working to determine how we can ensure adequate sound damping.
