The section consists of 10 senior apartments in a multi-storey building. The apartments are located in the town centre of Tarm. In the basement there are storage rooms belonging to each apartment, as well as communal bicycle parking and a laundry room. To rent an apartment in this section, one must be at least 45 years old.
