Arden – Astrup – Oue – Rold – Rostrup – Valsgård – Vebbestrup – Ø. Doense Hobro Housing Association merged with Arden Housing Association as of January 1, 2011. Hobro Housing Association thereby took over 289 homes in the area around Arden and in the town of Arden. Some of the homes in the section are terraced houses, built in the 1980s.
