20 m² room in Copenhagen

Copenhagen, 2100 Østerbro - Room for rent for exchange student I am renting a nice and bright furnished room from 1/1-2026, 20 sqm, 5 min from Vibenhus metro, to a sweet and (relatively - haha) quiet exchange student, with a fairly normal daily routine . The room is part of a 2-room (bohemian) apartment of 70 sqm, with shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in a green area with cozy cafes and a good city life. I am not looking for a roomie community as such, but of course a cozy landlord/subtenant togetherness/cooperation....
