20 m² room in Copenhagen

I am subletting my dorm room at Rebæk Søpark Kollegiet from March 1st to August 1st. About the room: The room is approximately 20 square meters in total, including a private bathroom. It is rented fully furnished and you will share a communal kitchen with very nice residents. The rent is 3,021 DKK per month plus a deposit equal to one month’s rent. There is also a laundry room, a gym, and a common/party room that can be rented. About the location: The dormitory is close to the forest and there are grocery stores only a 3-minute walk away...
