20 m² room in Copenhagen

I have a 2-room apartment and will be renting out one of the rooms for a longer period (until May 2027). The room is quite spacious (around 20 m²), located on a top floor and has its own balcony. The apartment is on a quiet street and very close to public transport. You’d be sharing with me (Ulrike, 40, working full-time). I love reading, saunaing and spoiling my plants.
