20 m² room in Copenhagen

I have a room in Søborg, approximately 20 square metres, which is currently vacant. I am considering renting it out. I am a 39-year-old man with two children, aged 14 and 7, who also stay at the house. I exercise quite a lot and also have a gym in the basement. I eat and live as healthily as possible.
