3 room apartment in Copenhagen

Since the landlord backed out — I'm trying again. I'm moving in with my partner and in that connection I'm renting out my owner-occupied apartment. The apartment is located in Hvidovre on the other side of Vigerslevparken (Valby). The apartment is a 3-room flat of 60 sqm with a large terrace of about 7 sqm. It is newly renovated and in good condition. There is no washing machine in the apartment, so laundry must be done in the basement. The apartment costs 11,200 per month.
