The section consists of 8 senior apartments. The apartments are located in the former "Fjordhjem" in Velling. In the basement there is a common room, a small workshop and a storage room for each apartment. To rent an apartment in this section, someone in the household must be at least 55 years old and there must be no children living at home. A special application form must be completed.
