Refsvej The department comprises a total of 186 apartments: 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-room units ranging in size from 36–93 m², with good views over the area and the town. In 2017 the units were fitted with new balconies, and between the buildings there is a large communal area with a playground and a beach-volleyball court.
