The apartment is a three-room unit comprising: a large entrance hall, a kitchen (Invita design) open to the living room, which also provides access to the unique balcony, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and two good-sized bedrooms. The apartment also includes a small storage room. The outdoor areas — such as access roads, parking spaces and the internal footpath along the terraced houses — are constructed level for the benefit of people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. Pets are allowed by separate agreement with the landlord.
