Arden – Astrup – Oue – Rold – Rostrup – Valsgård – Vebbestrup – Ø. Doense Hobro Housing Association merged with Arden Housing Association effective January 1, 2011. Hobro Housing Association thereby took over 289 dwellings in the area around Arden and in the town of Arden. Some of the units in the section are terraced houses, built in the 1980s.
