30 m² room in Copenhagen

From September 1st, I have a lovely large room/living room that I am renting out in my two-room apartment of 63 sqm. The room/living room is about 30 sqm, right by Anker Jørgensen Square. I am thinking 6500 with utilities included, which covers all laundry, water, heating, electricity, and internet. Close to everything: metro, supermarkets, kiosks, pharmacy, everything in total.
