Enggården was completed in 2020 and, together with the upcoming neighboring block Engparken, is part of PFA's rental property development in Køge Kyst. The apartments in the two developments range from 60-135 m2 and include 1-5 room apartments. Several of the homes have garden plots or balconies, and there is a large shared courtyard area.
