7 m² room in Copenhagen

I am renting out two bedrooms located close to Valby Station as soon as possible. The rental period is normally 6 months with the possibility of extension, but shorter rentals can be arranged after further discussion. A deposit equal to one month’s rent plus one month’s rent paid in advance is required. Room 1 is 7 m² and the rent is DKK 5,000 incl. water and heating.
