I rent out one of two rooms in a large 3-room apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony for 6 months in Nørrebro. Since I myself am indifferent regarding the room, the new tenant can decide which room best suits their needs, with an extra charge for the larger room. The rooms are respectively 7 m² and 15 m².
