8 m² room in Copenhagen

I am renting out a small room in my apartment to a female student. 2.2 m x 3.4 m, a total of 7.5 m2. Over 3 meters to the ceiling. I live in the apartment with another tenant. There is access to the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is 3,000 kroner per month all-inclusive. A deposit and advance rent are paid, a total of 9,000 kroner upon move-in.
