Hey there! I´m renting out a room in a flat in Copenhagen, in the Nordvest area. The move-in date would be 15th of March ideally, or ASAP. The rent is 6477 dkk, 7087 with all (heating, water, Internet...) included. The deposit would be 19450dkk, plus the first month of rent and the last one. The apartment is located in a quite new building, 2 years old, and the size of it is 56m2, while the room is around 8.5m2.
