Large cheap apartment in the center

We are renting out a lovely 3-room apartment, which has been newly renovated with a new kitchen + dishwasher, bathroom, two separate rooms, and a double living room with stucco ceilings. The apartment will be handed over freshly painted and with newly lacquered floors. The property includes a lovely courtyard as well as a larger child-friendly area with a playground and grassy areas.
