Quality rental apartments close to the beach and city life

Enggården was completed in 2020 and, together with the upcoming neighboring block Engparken, is part of PFA's rental housing in Køge Kyst. The apartments in the two developments range from 60-135 m2 and are divided into 1-5 room apartments. Several of the residences have a garden plot or balcony, and there is a large shared courtyard area. Enggården features a rooftop terrace that is shared by the residents, where they can relax with a book, have communal dining, or celebrate birthdays.
