Rental apartments for both families and seniors at Køge Kyst

Engparken, together with the neighboring development Enggården, is part of PFA's rental housing project in Køge Kyst. Residents moved into Engparken in September 2020; Enggården was occupied in March 2020. The apartments in the two developments range from 60–135 m², in one- to five-room layouts. Most of the units have a small garden plot or a balcony, and there is a large communal courtyard. Twelve of the units in Engparken are especially senior-friendly.
