Room in Copenhagen

Hi. I have 1 very large room with 1 CPR available in Brøndbyøster, close to the train and bus stops and local shops. Clean apartment. The room has a balcony as well. Need someone who is clean and quiet. The electricity, hot water, heating, and other expenses have already been included in the rent of 5000kr, so you don't pay anything extra. The room comes with 2 sofas, a table, a massive 55" HD TV, a cupboard, and a TV table. The kitchen and toilet are shared with 1 other person. Contact me if interested. Thanks.
