Temporary rental of a large, bright room right in central Næstved. The room is furnished with a double bed & desk etc., but it can easily be emptied. A flat-screen TV is also installed in the room. You have access to a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom (with washing machine and tumble dryer) & a large balcony, and the rent includes utilities. I am looking for a mature, calm, female tenant for a period of 3–6 months, as I currently have an extra room.
