Hi, I am moving out of a townhouse between 1 September and 15 October. It is 200 square metres, with a large garden and pets allowed. The landlords and neighbours are really lovely. The rent is 12,000; speak to the landlord about water and heating. Water and heating are 1,000, and electricity is approximately ... depending on the season. There is a bus once an hour.
