Hey hey I'm subletting my lovely apartment at Ingerslevs Boulevard 16 from 01/01/26 - 31/08/26 with a good possibility of extension. The apartment is rented furnished and is 38 sqm, with a mezzanine and a lovely large balcony. There is no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine. The rent is 7000 + aconto, and the deposit is one month's rent plus one month's rent paid in advance.
