We are subletting our bright and lovely apartment on Langenæs Alle; the rental dates are flexible. The apartment is 67 square meters and consists of an entrance, bathroom, kitchen with a dishwasher, bedroom with large closets, living room, and a closed balcony. The rent of 7,500 DKK includes a parking space, water, heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi. A one-month deposit is required. There is a laundry room in the basement. The apartment is furnished, but we will of course empty closets, etc., so there is space for clothes and other belongings.

You can terminate your membership at your convenience. By your payment, you accept that Kvikbolig may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or via mobilepay As your subscription starts immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. For technical reasons, you can not cancel your subscription for the first 24 hours. After the 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription at any time.Prices
