The room is 10 sqm, in an apartment of 95 sqm. Price: DKK 4,063 + utilities DKK 266 Deposit: DKK 12,190 + 3 months' prepaid rent (Total DKK 24,380) There is a wardrobe in the room that you are welcome to have if you want it.
