Hi future roommate. I am looking for a tenant (20–35 years old) for a room in a 67 m² apartment on Langenæs Allé. Move-in is possible from February 1st. The room is 15 m², unfurnished, and costs 3,500 DKK per month, all-inclusive. We will share the kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry room in the basement.
