2 room apartment in Aarhus

We are renting out our apartment on Silkeborgvej in Aarhus C from September 1st to January 31st, as we are going traveling. The apartment is 52 square meters divided into 2 rooms (bedroom and kitchen/dining/living room). It is rented out, as a starting point, furnished. Price: 8600 DKK per month including water, heating, electricity, and internet, as well as 1 month's rent paid in advance and a deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent.
