The apartment is available now! The price includes all the furniture, plants, electricity, water, heating, wifi, appliances (cleaning equipment, smart TV, integrated sound system etc). We're renting out our nice little loft in Nørrebro, the lenght of the rent can be discussed but we would prefer someone for a long stay :) It's a very dear place for us, and we wish to find someone trustworthy.
