STUDENTS ONLY I'm renting out my room in a student dormitory while I'm on exchange. The sublease is from 1st of October - 14th of March. The rent is 2784DKK/month and includes electricity and water, so that's all you pay. The laundry is paid separately in the basement, 12.5DKK per wash. The deposit is 3 months rent, 8352 DKK. CPR registration is available. I cannot charge more than what the dormitory specifies, hence the price ^^ I'm looking for someone tidy to take care of the room when I'm gone.
