Great room available from 1st of July! It's a big (about 25 square metres), bright room in a shared apartment. The apartment is located right in the centre, with a 2-minute walk to create and the waterfront, right by the shopping street and with different grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. You'll live with 4 really nice roommates and share a big kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom. We also have a washer and a dryer in the apartment, and there is an elevator going directly to the kitchen. We also have access to a terrace that is shared with all apartments in the house, perfect for sitting in the sun or having a barbecue. I don't have much furniture to leave behind but I can leave my mattress if you need it and I'll definitely leave the huge closet. The rent is 3310 per month and the deposit is 6 900.
